Little Britain!

Man! I was watching Little Britain on Youtube. They were short but great in a way. Not many people in Singapore were able to appreciate them as the series were aired last year and late in the night. Now there's a book about the series. Here's some of Lou and Andy. Lou sits on the wheelchair by the way. There are other stories in the series too. Enjoy.

Woah! Exams are way over...but not the results though. I'm so glad that GOD has stuck with me, carrying all my burdens! Even though I failed my Grade 4 piano practical exam, I'm glad that I no longer need to feel any weight, now that it's over and that I would not need to retake it. I really don't want to have anything got to do with piano practical exams. It's tough and stressful. I reckon that people don't need grades to show that they can play. All these certs. are just to show how fast and how good you are in your piano. However, people change, they may forget all about piano and so on. It's only a piece of paper, if you want to show how good you are( especially in a job interview concerning playing the piano) then you just play right in front of their eyes! Well, that's if you want a career that has something got to do with music. And of course you got to play well and know many piano pieces, meaning that you should be well-versed in playing the piano. Things are better now that I realised after a long time that I could just play freely! For leisure! For whatever pieces that I'm interested in! It's just pure stupidity that I didn't think of that. Well, I'm quite lazy and I dislike practising for piano practical exams. Practising and playing are way two different things. Get it? Besides that, I also had my end of year exams. They are not too bad and I won't really go much into that as it's too long and nobody wants to fall asleep on the computer right? So anyway, the exams were pretty much quite easy( now that they are over, I consider them quite easy). I went to my good friend's house(it's rare that my dad would agree and it was my first time going to my friend's house for fun) with Cesk and we were haing fun and laughter all the way(I was the only one who kept losing the games). It was totally great! I never expected anything extraordinary to happen. After the last paper, we were eating out, watching a DVD, playing games, going on the internet, snacking and chatting!

Just a thought...

Hey, I am getting older and more serious now, I should think I will need to change my profile sooner or later. I just can't stand it whenever I read it. It's just too coarse, too crude. I have changed a great deal, especially my soul. Em, I am not exaggerating. I just feel that of just writing 'backstabbers' is just not good at all, compared to writing it last time. We all got to think of all kinds of people, whatever they do, be it right or wrong, they still have a reason for what they did. Just as of a single mother dumping or selling away her child. She had a good reason. She probably didn't want to burden the child, she didn't want the child to suffer. Yet, when most of these people find out that they were abandoned or sold, they just blame rashly towards them. Hatred just grow in their hearts, they don't put themselves in the opponents' shoes and they just can't see how the other person feels. This applies to everyone, to those who have hatred towards another party. No matter how cruel, how bad, how different they are from you, they are still of GOD's creation and we should love them just as GOD loves us. We ourselves are sinners, are unclean in GOD's eyes, yet he still loves us very much. We are the brides of Christ and even in times of darkness and sins, we are never forsaken by GOD. GOD BLESS ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ACCEPT AND LOVE THEIR ENEMIES, and yet, GOD BLESS THOSE EVEN MORE WHO ARE NOT THERE YET TO UNDERSTANDING THIS.

Be Natural!

Seriously,have you seen how some Chinese, especially some Singaporeans try to speak like Americans just to impress their foreign peers? They act as if their English have always been so good! They just really get so influenced by how Europeans speak. Indeed! Some, I must say, do look down on their own races. Well, of course there's no problem of preferring to talk in English, but what isn't natural is that when they talk so unnaturally as though they never speak their mother tongue language. So, speak like what you normally do with your Chinese friends even if you have a little bit of Singlish. Somehow, some Singaporeans love to show what they 've got, like how well they speak, and treat foreigners better than their fellow countrymen. That's most probably unchangeable and you know why.

Imagine this...

You are a person who's friends stopped talking to you as you have done something wrong though in fact it's a misunderstanding. One day, you were chasing after your friends while they were crossing the road and the traffic light just turned red. You were so desperate to tell them that you still cherish them and want to apologise. However, you did not watch out for vehicles and dashed across the road. You got hit by a car, all the vehicles stop, there's a traffic jam, your friends turn around. You lay on the ground, knowing that you are going to die in a moment. Your friends rush up and kneel at your body. You tell them all that you intended to tell. Your eyes closed for the last time, not knowing how they will react.

How do you think they will feel?

Everything's Crazy Out There!

Argh! There's so many things comin' up, tests, projects and celebrations. I do prefer the last part, however to celebrate while you need to study is really out of the question for me. Anyway, with just 67 more school days, I should think I can manage! I hope that I won't be in the same class as _ _ m _ _ _ _ (someone that K.S knows) and I will have to study real hard to avoid her! A new lease beginning! Autumn is here I guess, I do feel like that every time when it comes to the end of the school year. Hopefully, I do wish that everyone of us will be more mature and forgive more often next year. Seriously. Maybe we should put ourselves into the shoes of the opponent. As I start a new year, I must make sure that I choose the right people and not to get so sticky later as I got with _ _ m _ _ _ _ . Plus, I hate myself when I gossip just as girls do. I'm a girl, aren't I? That's quite natural as some say, but we can avoid it. There! I wrote something and please do forgive me for not posting much. GOD BLESS!
